A practice built on connection

My story

Woman practicing yoga in a sunlit room, in a cobra pose with eyes closed and a peaceful expression.

I'm Sulafa — a certified Pilates, Yoga and Lagree instructor based in Riyadh. My approach to movement is rooted in precision, breath, and genuine connection with each client. Whether you're recovering from injury, returning to movement after a break, or looking to deepen an existing practice, I meet you exactly where you are.

My background includes training alongside physiotherapists to deliver clinical rehabilitation programmes, giving me a deeper understanding of how the body moves, compensates, and heals. This informs everything I teach — from a gentle mat class to a focused one-on-one Reformer session.

As a Saudi national, I'm deeply committed to supporting the Kingdom's growing wellness community and helping clients across Riyadh build a sustainable, joyful relationship with movement.
